Open to the Public Beer Garden at the Waste Management Open, 2010
Event Services of America was the sole event coordinator at the first-ever open-to-the public beer tent on the 18th hole during the golf tournament, February 25-28. Here are some of the services ESA provided for this event:
- Onsite layout.
- Worked with the beer vendors to meet their service needs, from jockey boxes, to ice.
- Communicated with the Thunderbird staff regularly during the Open to meet the client's needs, whether it was signage, deliveries, supplies or permitting.
- Booked onsite event staffing.
- Arranged for deliveries, registers, tables, chairs, tents, etc.
