Circle of Stars, February, 2010

This corporate client's annual Circle of Stars Award Dinner was held February 28 at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.

To qualify for a place at the exclusive event, this company's employees must have achieved prescribed goals or hurdles for sales, including improvement over previous year’s sales figures, gross margin improvement and gross profits improvement.

This prestigious event wasn't entrusted to just any event planner; they chose ESA as their special event planner to make their event a success. ESA worked with the client to establish a "sports" theme.

ESA hired designers to create vertical banners representing famous sport figures and then had them placed as a backdrop to the stage. In addition, 11 foam core sports figures were created for the 11 winners, with a photograph of each of their faces superimposed on the figures. Winners posed with their customized figure, many trying to mimic the pose. It truly showed the creativity that a professional corporate event planner like ESA can offer a client.

Miniature boxing gloves were at each table setting and guests were pleased to be able to take them home as a reminder of their fun-filled evening.

Besides coming up with creative elements to convey the sports theme, ESA was involved in the event site and menu selection, the entertainment selection for the reception and main event, and the audio and lighting coordination.

Guest left with smiles on their faces, and the client was pleased with the sports theme chosen for their "champs."
