The theme for this year's Wish Ball was Cirque Du Soleil, and was held at the Westin Kierland Resort. Close to 600 guests were wowed with the work that ESA did in managing the décor, entertainment, audio visual, and set up. |

Our planners used the outdoor desert as backdrop for a southwest theme for one of our corporate clients. Instead of using traditional floral centerpieces, we accented the tables with natural beans and native cacti. |

One of our corporate clients contacted us to plan an awards dinner for their sales employees. Since most were from cooler climates, we wanted part of the event to be outdoors. We found space at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess that allowed the group to have its cocktail reception on an outdoor patio and move easily into the banquet room for the awards. The view of the golf course at sunset gave these out-of-town guests a taste of Arizona's beautiful desert life. |

After looking at several locations, ESA chose The Clayton on the Park for the party venue, because of its location and ability to accomodate the vision we saw for a festive atmosphere in a fun yet semi-formal venue. |

ESA recommended a ranch on the outskirts of Scottsdale and arranged for a cowboy cookout, acoustic guitarist and games. The team building games included shooting, roping and a tricycle race! |

The Big Pour Beer Festival
NOVEMBER 22, 2008
ESA produced the first-ever beer festival in Arizona November 22. The Big Pour featured more than 100 brewers pouring hundreds of different kinds of beer.
This event featured live entertainment and two tasting sessions;
12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Both showcased favorite beers as well as rare and unique beers, some of which have never before been poured in Arizona.
Proceeds benefited the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale. See the video
