ESA managed the Chef demo area which included staging, sound and video. We also handled the hotel contracting and booking, the floor plan, onscreen demonstrations, on-site support and assisted with vendor management.

From a planner's perspective, food shows are very different than planning an event like a wedding or corporate meeting, and ESA showed off its varied levels of expertise for its food distribution client at the Fargodome.
