American West Quarter Horses Ranch, Scottsdale, Ariz.

 

Event Services of America recommended a ranch as the venue for a "cowboy cookout" on the last night of a leadership conference. ESA turned it into a fun event with team games that would further the commaraderie shared by this management team.

Roping, tricycle races and shooting cans off a post were all part of the spirited competition. ESA's role:

• Venue selection.
• Hire caterer.
• Book entertainment.
• Arranged for food delivery, game set up and overall event coordination.
